- Please expect slight differences in measurement as items are hand measured.
- Some flowers may not be pet-safe. If the recipient has pets, please let us know in the "Order Notes" and we will curate a pet-friendly arrangement. Kindly note as pet-safe floral selections are naturally more limited, it may influence the overall look and composition of the design.
Flower Care
Your flowers will be carefully wrapped with a water source to keep them fresh and hydrated during transit. Please keep the bouquet upright at all times to prevent any spillage and ensure the blooms remain in their best condition.
Fresh flowers are fleeting beauties and will naturally fade with time, especially quickly in Singapore's climate.
To ensure maximum enjoyment of your blooms, here are some things you can do to prolong their vase life.
- Remove the packaging and trim 2-3cm of the stems at a 45° angle, before transferring the flowers into a vessel of fresh clean water. Remove any fallen leaves and petals beneath the water line.
- Display the flowers in a cool environment (preferably air-conditioned) away from direct sunlight, heat. and fruits.
- Replace the water in the vase daily, and wash the vase every 2-3 days to maintain a clean environment.
- Remove any fallen leaves, wilting flowers, and faded petals to avoid contamination.
Delivery & Pick Up
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fee is charged per location.
- Delivery fees to residential areas: $20.
- Surcharge of $5 applies for deliveries to Offices/CBD/Hotels/Hospitals.
- Surcharge of $10 applies for deliveries to Sentosa and Tuas.
- Self collection is available from our studio at Pasir Ris.
Important Notes
- We do not deliver to restricted locations e.g. Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Army/Navy/Air Force Bases.
- Please ensure that the recipient is at the intended location for the whole duration of the timeslot.
- If no one is present to receive the items, we will contact the recipient and leave them in a secure location. We will not be liable for any losses or damages.
- Any unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address will incur a re-delivery fee of $30. Please check your delivery address carefully and let us know promptly if there has been a mistake/change in delivery address.
