• No. We operate as an online store.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

Delivery

Delivery Charges

• Delivery fee is charged per location.
• Delivery fees to residential areas: $20.
• Surcharge of $5 applies for deliveries to Offices/CBD/Hotels/Hospitals.
• Surcharge of $10 applies for deliveries to Sentosa and Tuas.
• Self collection is available from our studio at Pasir Ris.

Important Notes

• We do not deliver to restricted locations e.g. Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Army/Navy/Air Force Bases.
• Please ensure that the recipient is at the intended location for the whole duration of the timeslot.
• If no one is present to receive the items, we will contact the recipient and leave them in a secure location. We will not be liable for any losses or damages.
• Any unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address will incur a re-delivery fee of $30. Please check your delivery address carefully and let us know promptly if there has been a mistake/change in delivery address.
